In a private space inside a wine shop in the heart of Bologna, you will experience an hour of pure enological experience: three renowned Italian red wines will be accompanied by selected tastings of typical cold cuts and cheeses, artisanal sauces, jams, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a warm taste of authentic Bolognese ragù.
The expert will guide you step by step through the tasting, revealing the secrets of food-wine pairing and helping you recognize the scents, aromas, and characteristics of each glass. To make the experience even more engaging, there is the Sommelier Game: an interactive 10-question challenge to discover how much you really know about wine.
