The visit begins with the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, where a licensed guide will lead you through a dedicated entrance to bypass long lines and admire the Duomo’s masterpieces up close.
The experience is available in three selectable options during booking. The first option features a 30-minute guided tour of the Duomo to discover Brunelleschi’s famous dome and the Last Judgment frescoes, with the opportunity to remain inside after the tour and independent entry to the Misericordia Museum included. The second option enriches the Duomo guided visit by pairing it with a 2-hour private walking tour of the historic center, ideal for exploring iconic squares and monuments with a guide entirely at your disposal. The third option combines the Duomo guided tour with a 5-day cumulative pass to visit the Uffizi Gallery, Pitti Palace, and Boboli Gardens independently and with priority access.
For all options, the meeting time for the Duomo tour is set for 11:45 AM, and arriving 15 minutes in advance is required. With the pass for the Uffizi, Pitti, and Boboli, the ticket grants a single priority entry to each monument and activates on the day of the Cathedral visit. Only the Uffizi requires a pre-set time slot, scheduled by default for 2:00 PM on the same date. If the Duomo tour takes place on a Monday, the state museums’ weekly closing day, the pass will be usable starting the following Tuesday, with Uffizi entry scheduled between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM subject to availability. Holiday closures or Mondays falling within the period extend its validity by one day. During checkout, providing the first name, last name, and date of birth of each participant is mandatory for digital nominative tickets; time slot changes for the Uffizi require at least 48 hours’ notice.

Important notes

➡️ In case of delay by participants, participation in the tour is not guaranteed and no refund will be provided.

➡️ Appropriate clothing is recommended for access to sacred sites: shoulders and knees must be covered.
➡️ If the option with a 5-day Pass to visit the Uffizi Gallery, Pitti Palace, and Boboli Gardens is selected, please note that entry to the Uffizi Gallery is scheduled for 2:00 PM on the selected day, except on Mondays. If the Duomo visit is booked for a Monday, the Pass will be valid from 10:00 AM on Tuesday and entry to the Uffizi will be set for 2:00 PM on Tuesday. If you wish to change the time or postpone the entry date, please communicate this at the time of purchase: we will do our best to accommodate your request. If we do not receive communication within 48 hours of the start of the service, any changes cannot be accepted.
➡️ The activation of the 5-day Pass coincides with the day of the visit to the Duomo and remains valid for the following 4 days (for a total of 5 consecutive days). If the validity period includes a Monday (the closing day for all museums), the ticket is automatically extended to the sixth day. The same applies to December 25th and January 1st.
➡️ The 5-day Pass is printed at the Uffizi: you must first access this museum, then the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens. The ticket cannot be reprinted: keep it until you have completed all visits.
➡️ When booking the 5-day Pass, it is necessary to provide the first name, last name, and date of birth of each participant to access the Uffizi Gallery.
