- The Cappuccino mistake: Ordering a cappuccino with cured meats or pasta is forbidden! During our tours, we will guide you toward the perfect pairing: a good glass of Lambrusco or Pignoletto. Your stomach will thank you.
2. Authenticity Means Seasonality
How do you recognize a real experience? By the menu. Italian cuisine follows Mother Nature, which is why our Food Tours change based on the calendar.
- In Summer: Our sweet tour becomes a tribute to fresh Artisanal Gelato, a must for fighting the heat.
- In Winter: We make way for "comfort food" with Crema Fritta (Fried Cream, a Bolognese gem), chocolate, and the traditional Rice Cake (Torta di Riso).
