The basic package includes a guided tasting of three glasses of high-level wines (Trento Doc, Metodo Classico, or Franciacorta). To enhance the bouquet of these wines, each glass will be expertly paired with a delicious, freshly prepared cicchetto. The menu varies based on seasonal freshness, offering local masterpieces such as sarde in saor, creamed cod, or platters with the famous Radicchio of Chioggia and typical cold cuts.
For those wishing to indulge in an extra touch of luxury, it is possible to choose the Premium Option: a sublime glass of French Champagne is added to the basic tasting, elegantly paired with very fresh Chioggia oysters. A perfect union between international prestige and the excellence of the lagoon, to be savored while lulled by the lapping of the water.
