Discover the authentic flavors of Emilia with a complete and comfortable food and wine tour, accompanied by a private driver and reserved car for the entire day. After being picked up directly from your accommodation, you will begin your experience with a guided tour of a local dairy, where the magic that shapes Parmigiano Reggiano DOP takes place, and you will taste various maturations.
The journey continues to a balsamic vinegar cellar with historic traditions, nestled in the Emilian countryside: you will walk among barrels of ancient wood and discover the production of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, with a guided tasting of its most precious versions. The tour then proceeds to a local winery, where a tasting of three typical wines of the area, including Lambrusco and Pignoletto, awaits you.
To crown the experience, a traditional three-course lunch served in the warm atmosphere of the vinegar cellar or winery. An unmissable experience for those who love Italian cuisine, the culture of the region, and good wine.
