Accompanied by the facility’s expert staff, you will visit the impressive aging cellars, where hundreds of wheels rest on wooden boards following ancient rhythms. You will discover how manual care and the valley’s microclimate transform milk into masterpieces of flavor, in a perfect balance between innovation and historical wisdom.

The journey culminates with a guided tasting at the company bistro. You will taste 8 selected cheeses, representative of the territory’s variety: from sweet and creamy notes to the more intense and persistent nuances of aged products. Each tasting is enhanced by artisanal preserves, a glass of local wine, water, and coffee. An ideal opportunity for those seeking the authentic taste of the mountains in a professional and welcoming setting.
